These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Cortex Forge website and enrollment in any of our AI development courses. By accessing this site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the courses, materials, and mentoring provided by Cortex Forge. "User" or "you" refers to any person accessing the site or enrolled in a course. "We", "us", "our" refers to Cortex Forge. "Content" refers to course materials, notebooks, and related resources. "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting our contact form or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Service Description

Cortex Forge provides online AI development courses, including the AI Basics Foundry Course, Machine Learning Build Track, and Applied AI Master Studio. Courses are delivered online and are accessible to learners regardless of location, subject to reasonable availability of mentor time.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use course materials for personal learning purposes only, and not to redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content without written permission.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringes on others' rights, or disrupts the learning experience of other participants.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, notebooks, and written content, remain the intellectual property of Cortex Forge. Enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for your own learning.

Project work you personally create during a course remains yours, though Cortex Forge retains the right to reference anonymized examples for internal quality review.

6. Payment Terms

Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) on our Solutions page and are payable in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed. Refund requests made within 7 days of enrollment, before substantial course access has occurred, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Course-Specific Terms

Enrollment gives access to course materials for a reasonable period appropriate to the course length. The Master Studio's completion record is issued only upon submission and review of a finished applied project.

We do not guarantee specific employment or income outcomes resulting from course completion.

8. Disclaimers

Courses are provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim for accurate and current material, Cortex Forge makes no guarantee regarding specific learning outcomes, employment prospects, or project results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cortex Forge's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate access to the Service if these terms are materially breached. Sections relating to intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal negotiation; if unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Cortex Forge regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
